*Additional InformationWe teamed up with local sportswear company Golden Bear (est. 1922) on a new set of cotton varsity jackets. Made in San Francisco's Potrero district, the jackets feature timeless styling with a contemporary twist featuring tartan plaid lining and leather pocket details. During the 1950's, varsity jackets became the rage among high school and college students. Just as in the 1960's with the culture radically changing and styles with it, Golden Bear provided the dockworker jackets worn by many a famous beat poets and rock stars such as Jefferson Airplane, Janis Joplin, The Doobie Brothers and the Grateful Dead.
