Houston's weather is as unpredictable as they come. It could be completely sunny outside and raining...no lie. With spring upon us I'm starting to see all kinds of rain slickers, parkas and all kinds of rain repellant jackets. This upcoming rainy season, I'm looking to steer clear of the conventional "yellow" rain slicker...for some reason every time I see one I have a sudden craving for fish sticks.
